Information about the Lead Consultant

I am an experienced and qualified HR professional with a track record of achievement across a wide range of organisations in England and Wales. I have led teams of staff across the full range of HR and developed a reputation for innovative and award-winning practice. I have a strong strategic focus and a commitment to the role of HR in improving business productivity. My areas of specialism include change management, employee engagement, HR policy development and training, disciplinary/grievance investigations, absence management and services to support leadership development. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, have a Masters Degree in Employment Law and am a qualified coach, mediator and shared service architect.
